Premium Granular Urea

​Olaadex Energies specializes in the supply of high-grade Granular Urea with a robust nitrogen concentration of 46% by weight. This premium-sourced compound is highly water-soluble, serving as an essential nitrogen source to maximize crop yields and a vital protein supplement for livestock digestion. Beyond agriculture, we manage the exportation of Urea as a critical raw material for the production of industrial resins, adhesives, and plastics.

Logistics & Delivery

We offer flexible delivery structures across FOB, TTO, and TTT to suit our buyers’ specific logistical requirements.

  1. Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF):

 In this structure, we handle the entire process from loading the vessel and paying for insurance to delivering the fertilizer directly to your designated port.

  1. ​Freight On Board (FOB)

Under FOB terms, Olaadex Energies manages the transportation of goods to the port of shipment and covers all loading costs. The buyer assumes responsibility for marine freight, insurance, and subsequent transportation from the originating port to the final destination once the cargo is loaded.

  1. ​Tanker Take Over (TTO)

In a TTO transaction, the buyer takes over the vessel mid-voyage or at a designated point. The buyer assumes the existing charter, completes the voyage to their destination to offload the product, and subsequently returns the vessel to the original owners or agents.

  1. ​Tanker To Tanker (TTT)

This process involves a ship-to-ship transfer where the buyer brings their own vessel alongside the seller’s vessel at a designated coordinate. The cargo is transshipped directly between vessels once the transaction has been fully settled and all compliance protocols are met.

​Operational Note:

“All procedures require the initial submission of an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with verifiable Proof of Funds (POF). Olaadex Energies will subsequently provide Proof of Product (POP) and the relevant Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to advance the transaction.”
